6462852f50 Update dependencies to unify them between plugins. The following dependencies are updated : commons-jelly-tags-interaction v1.0 to v1.1, jaxen v1.0-FCS-full to 1.1-beta-9. Add the dependency to jline for commons-jelly-tags-interaction v1.1.

2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

1ad47e9de1 Dependencies locally overrode can't be resolved in the generated POM 
This setting must be kept in the plugin
Versions overriding are resolved thus they are defined in the parent project
