5f6e7a2d60 Copy the pdf icon when the pdf:init goal is called. Otherwise the icon is missing if the report isn't used.

ee84199013 It's enough to generate the pdf after xdoc:generate-from-pom, otherwise the linkcheck report is run before and it doesn't see the pdf.

8478e579e9 Remove ant tasks to run fop and xslt. It will prevent us to load dependencies in the root classloader and it will resolve problems of incompatibility (due to xml parser) with maven 1.0. 
An known bug exist with this commit. SVG images rendering fail !

- Customize the debug flag for the FOP command from the plugin property �maven.pdf.debug� (unintentionally removed in the last commit)
- From now when the pdf is generated, it is automatically copied into the ${maven.docs.dest} directory.
