ef19139ba0 Add test project for java plugin. 
Only tests java:compile at the moment.

Change test project goal to "testPlugin" as it was conflicting with the test plugin
causing reactor issues

d5b8249ef2 Add a test case for the gump plugin. 
This test can be run using maven:plugin-test

I will work to get these style tests incorporated into the bootstrap, so that
plugins written in jelly can finally have real tests

8c83124f3e o Now follow 302 redirects (one level only) 
o Cleaned up logging a little bit and added more logging
o Doesn't address the MacOSX bug (test failure bug), but the logging increase might help

074503d80d New <code>cactus:jar-install</code> goal to install the Cactus jar in the local Maven repository. This is useful if you wish to put Cactus test classes in one Maven project and execute the Cactus tests in another project.

742fd28363 Correction of some point due to feedback on the user list : 
- Fix bug when classes have no package.
