aheritier 2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

epugh dd45fc66cd don't need test:eclipse secret goal, Eclipse uses maven:pluginVar to 
retrieve JUnit dependency.
