Applied patch from Carlos Sanchez. It's an almost complete rewrite of the 2.0 version of the plugin that is using AspectJ 1.2rc1 which allows bytecode weaving of directories.

Complete rewrite of the plugin. Now using AspectJ 1.1 and performing binary weaving on jar generated by the <code>jar:jar</code> goal. Also supports creation and weaving-in of reusable aspect libraries.
