7cfd9049c7 Move all plugins sites to maven-1.X/plugins 
Fix breadcrumbs
Add goals to create and/or deploy all sites

2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

1ad47e9de1 Dependencies locally overrode can't be resolved in the generated POM 
This setting must be kept in the plugin
Versions overriding are resolved thus they are defined in the parent project

21859abfd5 Rename the plugin-parent project to plugins-parent to be more consistent with plugins-site. It's the parent of all plugins.

d8f6543a41 MPMULTIPROJECT-49: Use a different variable for running multiproject:goal 
internally so it does not interfer with the command line -Dgoal option.

Note that this does not solve MPMULTIPROJECT-60 nor MAVEN-1691.

82dbe2daa8 use maven-model-1.1-SNAPSHOT 
This should remain backwards compatible with 1.0.x, with the exception of ChangeLog - there is a TODO to resolve this.
