SourceModifications sometimes does not work for test classes.
The same ant property classPresent was used in java and test plugins.

e3f2dd021e maven.test.failure.ignore apparently does not imply maven.test.error.ignore (see MPTEST-62).

4005226350 MAVEN-1753 : Upgrade to Xerces 2.8.0. Replace the deprecated xmlParserAPIs by xml-apis 1.3.03. Add the xml-resolver 1.1 dependency for xerces.
