vmassol ff33436946 - inherit from the plugin-parent/project.xml POM instead of the top level one which is reserved for the master build 
- removed custom reports as we can now use the default ones from plugin-parent/project.xml

dion 8201a36b18 - Apply MPEAR-14 
- Added to the plugin tests a check to make sure the ear includes
  the jars marked by ear.bundle and ear.module and that ear.module generates
  a java module in the generated application.xml
- Updated documentation

jvanzyl 2f79ac3020 o remove the use of maven.xdoc.version, the new maven:property tag is being 
used within the xdoc plugin to create a default value from the POM if one
  isn't supplied.

dion b9ffdd28d4 Fix for MAVEN-746. 
Allows arbitrary bundling of files into an EAR.
Keeping a list of jar, war, ear, rar etc is getting ridiculous.
If the user puts ear.bundle to true, it goes in.
