4005226350 MAVEN-1753 : Upgrade to Xerces 2.8.0. Replace the deprecated xmlParserAPIs by xml-apis 1.3.03. Add the xml-resolver 1.1 dependency for xerces.

2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

6f3c8630e9 PR: MPPLUGIN-35 
plugin:install fails if maven.jar.final.name is set.
Now using ${maven.final.name}.jar everywhere.
Plugins need standard names so they can be uninstalled properly.

518f4fbddb MPPLUGIN-3 : Resolve project.xml inheritance when installing plugin. 
The project.xml is updated with the POM with all variables resolved.
Problem : All paths are resolved. It's not really clean but these ones aren't used at runtime. Thus it's not blocking.
I can't replace the basedir to keep the compability with maven 1.0.2 (jelly taglib util:replace doesn't support String replacement) and with jdk 1.3 (String.replaceAll() doesn't exist).

46e01e1f0b We force maven to load the plugin with maven:set if it's not already done. 
I don't know why maven:get don't do it. Bug ? Feature ?

8e23322376 the tag I added works only with maven 1.1 because of the jelly:util bundle in 1.0 which doesn't allow to replace a string by another in a string.
