d2097d82e1 Clover and dashboard are no more used here 
The bug with relative entities in xdocs is now fixed

6b05f3eb53 Plugins web sites and rooy for master web site are in different subdirs. 
If we do an rsync on the parent-site, we don't update all the others plugins

f2c1e333b5 Use 3 different stage sites to deploy the maven site, the top level plugins site and each plugin site. 
Without that when you do rsync on the maven site, you also update/overwrite the web site of each plugin.

d9ad19e685 Remove the goal to create and deploy all sites in one step. 
It doesn't work : see MAVEN-1750
You have to run "maven -e plugins:build-all-sites plugins:deploy-all-sites" from the root directory to do it.

a400e2348e Cleanup the script 
Allow the generation of sites to fail (it is already the case for the xdoc plugin because of a dom4j bug on relative entities)

c64c892dc1 New subproject to store the main site for plugins. 
It's needed to avoid conflicts between settings for the site and settings for multiproject goals (to tests plugins for example).
