ltheussl 8d9abeed9f Fix plugin tests, they were not even executed before. Remove test03 which is duplicated by test04. Speed up the testing by skipping the reports (should be done in the site plugin).

aheritier bb7609f89c MPXDOC-163 : Dependencies comment (MPXDOC-129) feature disappeared. 
Tests are re-enabled.
