25ed92b93e default to excluding the output folders, not all of target (as you may want to sync up other parts of target)

ee0ea2ea40 o reformat 
o don't write resources if they have includes or a target path - it wouldn't be correct. Unfortunately, IDEA has no   concept of include/excludes on a library to use instead, nor a different target path

9f73daab0e Added "idea:multiproject" goal. (IDEA 4 only). 
It creates the idea module files (.iml) via reactor and main project which aggregates
this modules. Each module has it's own classpath, src and test, traget dir setting etc.
