f6e68cc813 Pass 1. 
o It works, but is incomplete and broken.  I am committing now as I have very bad
non-deterministic behaviour with jelly and I like committing as I go.

o Need to convert project documentation tree to navigation.jsl
o Need to remove temporary file creation in plugin.jsl

29fd2d686b Major refactoring: 
o  Further decoupling of Deployer(s) from notion of artifact.
o  Deployers are now generic utility classes which can be used for deploying artifacts, sites, distributions etc.
o  Connection/session caching

I'm still not 100% on drawing an expanded handle on an uncollapsible node.
I think we could do to remove the little - in front of every item too.

48e967375d o Unallow the nav bean to count children. Turns out it was simpler to do it in jelly. 
o Add new style for img.handle (no border, little bit of right padding)
o Update the templates to draw handles

I'm still not 100% on drawing an expanded handle on an uncollapsible node.
I think we could do to remove the little - in front of every item too.

6ba41dd168 Allow the nav bean to count children. This could be done directly in jelly, but I hate jelly. And I can write 
test cases in the same format as the other test cases.

6b86d20c6d o I am adding these which are my attempt to upgrade to 1.1.0 but nothing 
seems to be working. I'm sure it's a matter of some configuration or some
  bad information going between Jelly and Ant but I'll hold off for now
  and find a day to upgrade AspectJ properly.
