dion 406cf79837 dependencies don't need to go on root classloader, as they are explicitly referenced in the plugin.jelly. 
This was breaking the 1.0 branch.

dion b96aa9aa97 Remove unnecessary build element. 
This was causing a file not found when loading the plugin, as the resources weren't
in the jar.

Not sure if this is a change from rc1 to current code

vmassol 586924c6b9 Allows the user to override the Clover jar. This is especially useful as the Clover jars are license-signed for a specific project so you might want to use different jars for different projects.

vmassol 63bd98ded5 Conditionally instrument test classes too. To instrument test classes set the <code>maven.clover.instrument.tests</code> to <code>true</code>. 
Note: This feature is still limited. it will only work if there is one path in maven.compile.src.set and maven.test.compile.src.set Ant paths

brett 1123e81aa5 remove dud test. Fails offline/behind firewall on one test, and the other is a false positive. Testing actual connections is beyond the scope of a unit test.

vmassol 1e4d5620ce Added JUnit aggregators. Thanks to John D Taylor. John I had to change several things from your patch: 
- remove tabs
- added missind documentation (xdoc)
- added missing tests
- it was not working. More specifically it would not work if the clover aggregators were used before the junit ones
- the goal caused by the junit aggregators was not the correct one... (you were calling "test" whereas it's the junit-report that must be called)

Please note that I had to modify both the Clover plugin and the junit-report one. So if you wish to use the junit aggregators you need to have the CVS versions of the these 2 plugins installed.
