21859abfd5 Rename the plugin-parent project to plugins-parent to be more consistent with plugins-site. It's the parent of all plugins.

c64c892dc1 New subproject to store the main site for plugins. 
It's needed to avoid conflicts between settings for the site and settings for multiproject goals (to tests plugins for example).

2d90294721 - Added comments 
- Added warning about properties being inherited (we'll need to move the masterbuild project somewhere else later on)
- Added new license property so that all plugins can use it
