aheritier 1ad47e9de1 Dependencies locally overrode can't be resolved in the generated POM 
This setting must be kept in the plugin
Versions overriding are resolved thus they are defined in the parent project

aheritier 9ede010fa4 PR: MPLINKCHECK-5 
linkcheck plugin uses global proxy settings. There is no way to perform check using a proxy while still having a non-proxied project

aheritier f841db1164 PR: MPLINKCHECK-10, MPLINKCHECK-24, MAVEN-1739, MPLINKCHECK-25 
- "Moved Permanently" sites are reported as a warning and not as an error.
- Speed and stability enhancement [better usage of httpClient].
- Upgrade to HttpClient 3.0.
- Display for each file the number of links and the number of errors.
- New counters to report how many files and links are checked and how many errors are found.
- Display a more verbose message than the "NOT FOUND" error.

jvanzyl 2f79ac3020 o remove the use of maven.xdoc.version, the new maven:property tag is being 
used within the xdoc plugin to create a default value from the POM if one
  isn't supplied.
