Removed the need to set up a <code>JAVAWS_HOME</code> property. This is now automatically inferred from <code>${java.home}</code> and defaults to <code>${java.home}/javaws</code>. You can override this value by setting the <code>maven.abbot.webstart.home</code> property.

Refactoring: all jars to include in the generated JNLP are now signed in the maven.abbot.dest.jar.dir and the JNLP generation logic scans all jars in this directory for inclusion
