53508637a3 - Only register/deregister the FAQ reports if there are <code>.fml</code> files present in the project. 
- Use default reports
- Fixed <versions> element location
- Added <version> element for HEAD dev

529a9507f2 Upgraded to newer version fo Jelly to fix some issues in the FAQ and html2xdoc plugins where the XML declaration could appear twice 
Also patched the faq plugin to use ${basedir} so that it works inside a reactor build

406b6ab636 patch to ensure that the XML declaration is output with the XML encoding as well as disabling pretty printing so that <pre> and <source> elements come out right
