e2e97fd430 MAVEN-1755 : Backward Incompability : Usage of xml entities in the POM doesn't work in maven 1.1 beta 1 & 2. 
Fixed using stax to parse and write the pom.

753396fb2e MAVEN-1755 : Backward Incompability : Usage of xml entities in the POM doesn't work in maven 1.1 beta 1 & 2 
Upgrade to a maven-model 3.0.2 SNAPSHOT which allow us to read the POM from an URL with DOM4J
It fixes the problem of relative entities. We have to check if it doesn't reduce significantly performances.

2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

1ad47e9de1 Dependencies locally overrode can't be resolved in the generated POM 
This setting must be kept in the plugin
Versions overriding are resolved thus they are defined in the parent project

4f6bd83501 - By default do not generate client EJB. I believe this is a more common default that generating as generation of client EJBs is only required for distributed apps which are not so common. 
- Make the ejb creation work even if there are not sources.

94a0d30029 MPEJB-20: Fixed error in previous patch for MPEJB-2 in ejb:deploy which was deploying the ejb-client as a jar instead as an ejb. Many thanks to Fredrik Vraalsen for catching this!

e3c2a638d8 MPEJB-2: EJB client jar can now be generated and deployed/installed automatically by the standard goals (<code>ejb</code>, <code>ejb:ejb</code>, <code>ejb:install</code> and <code>ejb:deploy</code>). Previous goals dedicated to ejb client have been deprecated. There is a new property <code>maven.ejb.client.generate</code> which decides whether or not to generate the ejb client jar. It defaults to true.

0c15cac721 MPEJB-16: Added new EJB type handler that supports <code>ejb</code> and <code>ejb-client</code> types. This fixes the bug with <code>ejb:install/deploy-client</code> not uploading the client jar. Thanks to Håvard Bjåstad for the "patch".

30a1422cbb - Added new <code>maven.ejb.build.dir</code> property that specifies the location where the EJBs are generated. 
- Modified existing <code>maven.ejb.final.name</code> property (and exposed it as a public property) so that it doesn't include the path (the path is now provided by the new <code>maven.ejb.build.dir</code> property). This allows aligning the WAR and EJB plugin properties. Note: This is a breaking change for all those using the <code>maven.ejb.final.name</code> property (which was not a public property).
- Made the <code>maven.ejb.final.name</code> property public as it is required by several other plugins and before this change the only way is for these plugins was to call the non-public <code>ejb:init</code> goal.
