aheritier 2fdfea306f Upgrade to pmd 3.5. 
The 'printToConsole' ant task attribute has been deprecated.  Please use the 'toConsole' attribute of the 'formatter' element instead.

aheritier 2352c073fa Simplify POMS. Move environment dependent settings (sandbox or not) to the plugins-parent POM. It help us to move a plugin to/from the sandbox without to change its POM.

vmassol 962e20d464 - remove unneeded properties (they are inherited from top level project.properties) 
- added <version> tag for 1.4-snapshot dev
- removed ann files (they can now be generated by the announcement plugin)
- added missing download in navigation
- other cosmetic changes

dion 9bafc7f7e8 Apply MAVEN-1008: 
Patch to add the project dependancies to the pmd classpath.
This should allow a custom ruleset jar file that is defined as a dependancy to be added to the pmd classpath.

jvanzyl f29424087c o Resolving all snapshots in plugins 
o Bumping all plugin version to release status
o Validated all plugins to make sure all snapshots were removed.

  I had to manually insert the versions for:

  1) ashkelon
  2) commons-dbcp

  Not sure how either of these got up there without the timestamp
  mapping.

vmassol 5a9dfe3d3c Moved the PMD plugin from http://sourceforge.net/projects/maven-plugins to the Maven CVS. I will move it to another place when we decide to have plugins hosted in a different subproject of maven.apache.org.
