d5877e36a7 Making the width of the left navcolumn adjustable via a property. 
${maven.ui.navcol.width} now defaults to 20% and replaces a hardcoded
20% in the site.jsl.  With the new hierarchic expanding navigation,
it can get pretty wide when pushed to its limits.

b454fc7ff7 Dependency report was completely rewritten. Report generator is now aware of notion of type and groupId. 
In addition URL and Description (which was also added to the report)
of the dependency can be retrieved from its POM if there is one in the local repository
    
Documentation of goals ported to new dedicated format
  
Update to maven 1.0-beta-10

f6e68cc813 Pass 1. 
o It works, but is incomplete and broken.  I am committing now as I have very bad
non-deterministic behaviour with jelly and I like committing as I go.

o Need to convert project documentation tree to navigation.jsl
o Need to remove temporary file creation in plugin.jsl

I'm still not 100% on drawing an expanded handle on an uncollapsible node.
I think we could do to remove the little - in front of every item too.

48e967375d o Unallow the nav bean to count children. Turns out it was simpler to do it in jelly. 
o Add new style for img.handle (no border, little bit of right padding)
o Update the templates to draw handles

I'm still not 100% on drawing an expanded handle on an uncollapsible node.

6ba41dd168 Allow the nav bean to count children. This could be done directly in jelly, but I hate jelly. And I can write 
test cases in the same format as the other test cases.

4ba66d6c06 IE6 is a piece of shit. It doesn't understand XHTML transitional properly as far as I can tell.

2a9bc0d8a6 We were theoretically putting out XHTML Transitional before, now we are 
actually outputting XHTML 1.1 Transitional.  Only minor changes,
but some older browsers might have difficulties?

bcde6c31e2 Removed the magical "Collabnet XHTML" doc type. I'm sure not many browsers would 
know of this special format (some browsers do special document 
handling based on well known doc types).

58f313f82f o Rolling back a change that is preventing the content of a <source/> 
element from being rendered. You get an empty box currently. There also
  seems to be a problem with '<' and '>'. General entity problem?
