Nathan Coast Documentation of some properties were outdated. Artifact processing in the plugin was slightly changed and now it supports jar overriding mechanism. Added 'deploy', 'deploy-snapshot' and 'install-snapshot' goals. Removed warning about application.xml being added twice to the EAR. Added autogeneration of application.xml file. Initial plugin created.
