vmassol 1e6ff1bf65 - remove unneeded properties (they are inherited from top level project.properties) ...

- added <version> tag for 1.7-snapshot dev
- removed ann files (they can now be generated by the announcement plugin)
- added missing download in navigation
- other cosmetic changes
