08117b5c15 convert .cvsignore to svn:ignore

e1665833bb using svn:externals the commons-build directory is included into trunks-sandbox, this removes the dependency on the ../jakarta-commons/ directory path
c437f16769 switched to use super-pom
de4042a8da trusting the wonder of script and moving all source files to asf 2 license. will build later as I move all poms to use the sandbox-build super-pom
