Your RTU gateway computers can connect to a multitude of different peripherals. These devices can be split across multiple RTUs or, depending on how many you have, just all be on one. Shown below are the different peripherals that can be connected. Additionally, redstone can be put on any side of the computer (bundled and not bundled).
