The reactor PLC uses the [new GUI configurator interface](https://github.com/MikaylaFischler/cc-mek-scada/wiki/Reactor-PLC-Configurator). This can be accessed by running `configure` on a reactor PLC. It no longer uses `reactor-plc/config.lua`, but the configurator supports importing one.
