7184858fd4 openssl: backport fix for broken EC code with clang 14 
Some UB results in broken code starting with Clang 14. This only
affects the no-asm case, which is only used for our arm64 build.

This resulted in runtime errors such as:

275a3856ca ca-certificate: update to 20211016 and explicitly request .exe p11-kit 
blacklist-dst-root-ca-x3.patch has been added upstream

using .exe explicitly allows for usage through archlinux's pacman through
wine. If not, then programs using libcurl such as git will fail
due to the .crt files being empty
