Remove python-distutils-extra
...
No MSYS2 users, long abandoned upstream.
Debian maintains a fork (and Gentoo uses it) if it turns out that
we need this. But currently it's not worth switching with there
being no users for us.

Third patch is not required anymore, because upstream can now handle
superlu library versions greater than 5. So the patch is removed.
Furthermore, the build flag for the smoke test is enabled so that
there is a test to run during the check() stage. Otherwise there
would be just no tests.
