3c4c5059ce SDL2_Mixer: build fixes (#1771) 
* SDL2_Mixer: build fixes

* Bump pkgrel to 2.
* Add smpeg2 to makedepends, some of its M4 macros are needed by autoreconf.
* Add another patch to compile version.rc into a libtool object (which suddenyl became
  necessary after running autoreconf).
* Unpack the zip archive with bsdtar. @mati865: I believe we prefer the zip file over
  tar.gz, because the latter contains symlinks that we have trouble to unpack.

* prevent the zip archive from being extracted twice

1e51541d07 SDL2_Mixer: help ./configure find shared libraries for dynamic loading (#1766) 
While #865 was fixed by my pull request #867, the fix was completely
removed from SDL2_mixer in 276d9bd. Now this fixes #1641.

Bring back dynamic loading of shared libraries, this time by patching
configure.in and subsequently running autoreconf.
