* firebird2-git: Added "0030-Use-nullptr.patch".

* firebird2-git: Added "0031-Fix-compiler-flags.patch".

* firebird2-git: Edited "PKGBUILD" to Fix build errors.

Applied patches that add "-std=gnu++11" and other compiler options.
Building debug option because !debug has a build error.
