J. Peter Mugaas b3c04e993b mingw-w64-libiconv - 1.15 - Add patch to a fix an issue where I got warnings about typecasting a pointer to an "(int)(long)". In Win64, that is 4-bytes wide but a pointer is 8-bytes wide. This really should be addressed upstream, but in the meantime, I'm putting it here. (#3693)
