Christoph Reiter ee78465f69 python2: Disable broken gdbm module (#3065) ...

gdbm is broken and as a result breaks anydbm/shelve (anydbm.open fails).
Don't include it so the dumbdbm backend is used instead,
like with the official CPython build.
