Curl creates sockets without setting FD_CLOEXEC/SOCK_CLOEXEC, this can cause connections to remain open forever when using commands like `nix shell` This change sets the FD_CLOEXEC flag using a CURLOPT_SOCKOPTFUNCTION callback.
