Part of my mailnews reduce disk footprint cleanup effort. Stop compiling code to functions we won't be implementing in seamonkey (FE_Progress, FE_Alert, etc.). Having these in here was requiring us to link against xplib to pick up some of their definitions. We'll never have functions for these anyway. I left them in under a UNREADY_CODE flag so we can see what the code used to do.
