1abee7b8cd Using nsCOMTypeInfo instead of /class/::GetID 
added comments, added code to reset the active state after the drop
fixed a selection bug in native text fields because the events weren't being
propagated correctly.

a080025e3e Added QueryInterface because NS_NewIOFileStream does a cast from (void *) to 
(nsISupports *) thus causing a vtable problem on Windows, where we really
didn't have the proper pointer
