466eb9093d Bugs 65848 and 75031, support for application/xml and application/xhtml+xml mime types. This also fixes almost all of content to use NS_LITERAL_STRING instead of NS_ConvertASCIItoUCS2. r=harishd, valeski (mime types), sr=vidur.

caf0400dc6 fix for #77506. only fire this handler when the grippy is clicked. 
if we fire it when the splitter is clicked, we'll often stop
displaying the message in the message pane.

417e742581 checkin for bug 76293. Moves cache directory aside on startup if disk cache is unable to read or delete files. Cache service disables disk cache device if it fails to initialize, and defaults to using memory cache instead. r=beard, sr=darin.
