a2d525a9e2 Bloated and greedy search, no pagination yet (other than the limit for # of records per page). 
I have concerns about how much this hammers the database.  We may have to trim down the constructor for the AddOn class.

5de5357848 Fix bug 192276: control-click on a plugin should show the plugin context menu, not the browser one -- return nil from -menuForEvent for a plugin view. r=pink 
Fix bug 180592: dispatch Carbon Events for scroll wheel events so that plugins can use them. r=pink.
Both changes only affect Camino.
