afdd7939b7 Bug 151188. Use fcntl for profile locking on Linux/Unix, with symlinks as a backup. We'll continue to also take the symlink, so that older builds are still locked out, but we mark the symlink so that if a newer fcntl-build leaves a stale symlink lock we detect and remove it.

d349c98e07 Use history icon for about:history bookmarks (bug 284829). 
Change the bookmarks view splitter defaults key so that we ignore the bogus value set by earlier .9 builds.

81f5502a51 Fix bug 286438: enabling of Remove All in sheets for editing cookies, and excpetion sites. 
Also fix it so that we select the item after the last deleted item when deleting.
