1db42c0e8b Bug 195830. Workaround for problems typing / and ' on Mac OS X, until mac menu bug 195979 gets fixed. For now, find as you type menu items on mac won't have shortcuts listed. r=brade, sr=smfr

a09152bf26 Gunzip things with content-encoding:gzip whose file extension is .zip when 
saving or running helpers.  The idea here is to decompress unless the encoding
