077ba30fad - calIDateTime.isDate. 
- warning fixes in calDateTime, calRecurrenceInfo.
- use CalDateTime constructor instead of helper function.
- calEvent.icalString setter basics implemented (no attendees yet)
- simple test case for icalString setter.
