62a0bd7ecd Removed the XPTDIR environment variable requirement; the xpt typelib directory is now constructed by adding 'components' to the executable directory. This adds an -lraptorbase requirement to linking against xptinfo.

6d99fc5266 Updates to get the test running with preferences again. We need to manually register 
the file locator. This test app will now read prefs out of the default profile directory.

ce801c8dfb profile is a component and as such should be installed in the components directory instead of 
in bin. This will allow the auto-registration code to be brought into effect.
