69385e6714 Fix double free introduced in rev 1.54. r=wtc. bug 230774. 
Bug occurs only in NSS utilities that import base64 encoded files, e.g.
with the -a option.

86fee95b4d Remove nsIHTMLContentContainer, merge those three functions into nsIDocument,

59d6abe4a5 Make pretty-printing stylesheets force UTF-8 for themselves. Update charset
