41ec1dc70b Removed some deadwood, eliminated some compiler warnings, and fixed some nasty bugs in the OnPaint and Scroll routines. Scrolling and Repainting in the Motif port should be slightly faster now.

8302d94b16 The menu frame can be an area frame. In fact that makes more sense. It 
should be thought of as an HTML container and not as a funky box.
