5b8a3675fa Bug 42138. Remove ancient, unused {ib} code that causes the browser to hang. We don't need to descend into inlines looking for list-item frames anymore, because inlines cannot contain them: frame construction makes sure of that. r=rbs, sr=attinasi, a=dbaron.

- return false the first time through onClose(), and disconnect from all servers.  This makes sure we keep the window around long enough to send the QUIT messages.
- close window if client.userClose is set and we disconnected from the last server.

- changes to work with new socket interface.
- correct isOp detection in setTopic
- remove checks for undefined exceptions
- route data-available immediatley.  inserting a data-available event to be routed later caused disconnect events to be recieved out of order.

- factor chatzilla specific code out of this file.  Callbacks into chatzilla specific code are now used, making this file more generic.
- according to darinf (the current necko guy), using openOutputStream with asyncRead is a bad thing.  Most of the changes in this file involve migrating from usage of openOutputStream to asyncWrite.
- Changes also include fixing the function declaration syntax to match the rest of the code (two lines, named functions.)

ca7f7346ea Fix for bug 83872: Bugzilla no longer requires the Mysql Perl module, but the DBD::mysql Perl module, and has been this way for a while. Fixing the version checks in checksetup.pl to check the correct module. Also eliminates a DBD::mysql-specific database function call that is depricated in the current version of DBD_mysql.

30d9ff478a Bugzilla bug #77884: fixed discrepancy between the size of an array and 
the variable that represents the array size.  Let the compiler compute
the value for us instead of using hardcoded constants.  Thanks to
andrew@fernandes.org for reporting and tracking down this bug.

4c97242f51 The selectedindex is now getting set to -1 when there are no more items selected and it 
is sending onchange events by clearing the mOldSelectedIndex.
