a70babfcd5 Use the same information for max ascent/max descent (which is used for painting backgrounds) that we've been using all along for default line spacing (ascent/descent rather than max_bounds.ascent/max_bounds.descent), since max_bounds often gives extents larger than ascent/descent. ebbd7dca87 Disabling the auto radio seleciton and fixing a bug if it ever gets turned on 
The bug is that when printing you don't want to do the auto default selection stuff because
it ends up calling into the DOM and changing the radios on the page.
