7ebf031063 Fix some build issues on UFS volumes by eliminating the need to use the resource fork (bug 157036). This replaces the applesingle-encoded nsMacWidget.rsrc with the DeRez'd nsMacWidget.r. We then run Rez at compile time to generate the data-fork resource file. Patch by lordpixel@mac.com, r=bryner, sr=sfraser, a=sspitzer.
