0d4fc8c006 don't show accounts in the fcc/drafts/templates account picker for accounts

0570d5dcda Bug #20681 --> make sure all attachments regardless of type goes through the 
external handler for ishmail. Don't let the browser register itself as a content
handler for browser mime types. Make us forget knowledge about basic types like
text/plain, text/html, & images so we get the information from the windows
registry instead.
