0c8117572d This could leave you with a dangling pointer: 
nsCStringKey key(nsPromiseFlatCString(aRef).get());

because the nsPromiseFlatCString object will go out of scope,
so do this instead:

  nsPromiseFlatCString flat(aRef);
  nsCStringKey key(flat.get());
