69ad109792 Fix for bug 83425. A regression was introduced when we moved from the XIF code to the existing serialized scheme. We now correctly identify tags explicitly put in by the TXT to HTML converter. r=akkana, sr=jst

c3d5f1cac7 fix for #90995. when sorting by priority in the thread pane or in 
the search results, priority if none is the same as priority of "normal".

c09758cc43 Replace the mMediumCascadeTable nsHashtable with a linked list of rule cascades since searching a linked list of at most two elements (and usually just one) is *much* faster than doing a hashtable lookup. r=waterson sr=attinasi b=90791

2ee4564df2 bug #90981 (top-crash): sr=mscott, rs=waterson. the new |nsXPIDLC?String| implementation doesn't always have a buffer handle to give up. |BeginReading| won't do what you want in this case, so modify |do_AssignFromReadable| to elide copies from empty strings.
