8164360357 Fixing bugs 23625 and 62433. Bug 23625 is about creation of special folders for new IMAP accounts. Fix to that bug includes the rearrangment of copies and folder UI panel which is a bit similar to 4.x model now. Panel UI allows user to select a special folder on the IMAP server and the folder is then created at runtime as needed. Today, IMAP account special folders point to Local folders which is confusing. Bug 62433 takes care of migration of multiple 4.x imap servers under single identity to get migrated properly with unique account names based on username, hostname and the port value if needed. r=naving, s=sspitzer a=asa

a9709e57d1 Fix for http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84882. Add a entry, windows 
only, the the advanced prefs panel. This is not a pref, but UI that has the
following semantics:

when the panel loads, if there is a shortcut in the windows startup folder for
turbo mode, the checkbox in the UI is set. Otherwise, it is clear,

when the user hits OK, if the checkbox is not set, the shortcut is removed, if
necessary. Otherwise, if the checkbox is set, the shortcut is added, if necessary.

66fdbe996f Use symbolic names for the maximum and mimimum Rijndael block sizes. 
Allocate the IV directly in the contect block, rather than being
separately allocated.  This fixes a memory leak.  Change CBC mode to
correctly update the IV from one set of blocks to the next in a stream.
More testing is needed.  Bug 85538.

6b37eaf6ef Bug 83065: Fix file corruption uploading to PHP driven sites by turning of Content-Transfer-Encoding header by default (can be enabled by a pref), and fix security hole by not sending full file path when uploading file. Some sites were also assuming that UN*X browsers would not send the full path (as Navigator 4.x did not) so this fixes them.
